Shipping Policy

• Shipping time and warehouse location depends on the item being shipped.
• Product usually ships within 48 hours unless item is backordered from manufacturer.
• In case of damage during shipment, inspection of product is the responsibility of the receiver.
• In the event of damaged product, please notify the shipping company (ie. FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) imediately.

Returns Policy

You can return new, unopened items from a completed order only if contact is made within 48 hours after the shipment has been delivered to you and you have approval from us.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• If the product has been opened, the product may not be returned unless defective or DOA.
• Refund of product price will be given less 10% restocking fee.
• Refunds may take from 7 to 30 days to before refund of payment is received.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer.
