System Management services include remote and on-site system administration and system tuning. Service engagements range from one day to several years.

Contractual Support Agreements are available at discounted rates.

On-site support: 15 minutes minimum travel charged to first hour, one-hour minimum, billed in half-hour increments thereafter. Time will be calculated from our office, and a return to our office. When travel exceeds 25 miles from our office, travel charges are accumulated separately, and the 15-minute minimum travel charge does not apply.  When travel exceeds 85 miles from our office, travel charges are accumulated separately, and the 15-minute minimum travel charge does not apply, but a two-hour minimum does apply.
Remote support: One-half hour minimum billed in one-quarter hour increments thereafter.
Warranty support: When we must contact a manufacturer, on the customers behalf, we will bill half normal rate of the product in question. One-half hour minimum billed in one-quarter hour increments thereafter.
Emergency rates are billed in one hour increments at twice the normal rate, and will.

• Level I Support rates are billed for general computer work, such as desktop support,wiring support, etc.
  • $85.00 per hour
• Level II rates are billed for network, advanced desktop problems and server issues.
  • $125.00 per hour
• Level III rates are billed for advanced server support and specialty products, UNIX, custom developed software, etc.
  • $185.00 per hour
• Level IV rates are billed business solutions products, such as Dynamics, VoIP, and Video Conferencing solutions.
  • $250.00 per hour

Data Recovery & Virus Removal are billed in half hour increments at $300.00 per hour.
After hours rates will be billed at one and a half times the normal rates. After hours constitutes any service call, outside of normal business hours.
Travel charges: $50.00 per hour, billed in one-quarter hour increments.
Wiring Maintenance: $75.00 per drop
